How many applications should my lawn have?

It depends on the look you want and whether your lawn is irrigated.

  • 4 applications: Lush, consistent green all season with irrigation (or about 1 inch of rain/water per week).
  • 3 applications: A good minimum for an irrigated lawn—steady growth all season needs steady nutrients.
  • 2 applications: A sustainable, lower-maintenance lawn without irrigation.
  • 1 application: Helps with existing weeds, but new weeds can germinate throughout the season.
  • Discounts: We offer savings when you choose more applications per season.

  • Post Weed and Feed Steps:
    • Do not water your lawn for 24 hours
    • Do not mow your lawn for 48 hours
    • Keep children and pets off the lawn until it is dry (typically about 1 hour)
